3. Nature of Services

HomeIVF is a facilitation platform and does not provide medical treatment directly.

Services are delivered by independent third-party doctors, clinics, and diagnostic partners
HomeIVF acts only as a coordinator / aggregator

Final medical decisions are the responsibility of the patient and treating doctor.

4. Services

4.1 General Access

Users may:

Browse fertility services and packages
Access educational and informational content

4.2 Registered Users

Upon registration and payment, Customers may:

Book diagnostic tests and consultations
Opt for home sample collection (subject to availability)
Receive reports and updates via digital channels

4.3 Service Conditions

Services are non-transferable
Availability depends on location, partner availability, and operational feasibility

5. Registration & Account

Users must provide accurate and complete information
HomeIVF reserves the right to verify, suspend, or terminate accounts in case of false or misleading information

6. Payment Terms

Payment must be completed prior to service confirmation
Payments are processed via third-party payment gateways

HomeIVF shall not be liable for:

• Payment failures
• Delays due to banking systems

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation requests must be made within 24–72 hours (as applicable)
Refunds depend on:

No Refund Will Be Provided After:

8. Home Sample Collection

Available in selected locations only.
